'Script - Narrative behind Window' is net-based art exhibition in hosted by KIDP in collaboration with "Blindsound". Founded in 1970 , KIDP aims to represent, support and promote the design consultancy sector in Korea by promoting the effective use of design by businesses.

This exhibition will be presented as a part of KIDP's activity including professional practice courses, exhibitions and seminars, international networking projects, and internet projects for the purpose of activating web art in Korea and introducing it to the world through international connection.

And, Blindsound has been attempting to formulate a database of contemporary art and visual art adopting the concept of digital art since 1997[http://www.bd.co.kr]. It started its activity by extracting Asian net artists who seemed pioneers in the new frontier of internet world. In the year 2000, the second generation of Blindsound will be launched[http://www.blindsound.com] with the intention of extending our community to a global level.

As the first collaborative work of KIDP & Blindsound, the project of 'Script' has been arranged and developed by listing the work of artists who are in line with the purpose of this project to highlight Net Art functioning as a catalysts of art and technology contributing to filling the gap between existing art and net art.

This would indicate the direction in which Blindsound is heading. In the project of 'Script', this includes a number of the most significant Net artists working today. My thanks to all who have so graciously agreed to participate in this experiment.

This exhibition consists of four cloned projects and twelve linked projects under the agreement of the selected artists. (after the model of Rhizome, which became a precedent of classifying and archiving Net Art.)
