1973 Born in Daejon, Korea
1997 Graduated 'kaywon college of art & design' (dept. of communication design film & video)
1997 Established Animation Studio 'pisac' after working as a staff of commercial ads company Directed a series of experimental animations - 'Forever', 'Conquerer', 'Chase' for title bridge and ads of m.net(cable TV cannel specialized in pop music)
1998 Produced stage set for 'Bagnolet, International Dance & Choreography Festival' Won Silver Prize at 'The 1st Open Competiton of Korean Internet Website' with biography of the rocker, Shin Jung-hyun.
1999 Invited to 'International Digital Art Festival' and won Sponcer's Prize with 'Memory installation'

Statement -

An image of a 'memory installation' are far away, but they interact and try to contact, with meaning. so each of them give rise to an indefinite actuality and are reverberated with image through an unexpected experience. A common 'memory installation' is the same with one another that is sorted in limited space, list to be carried, but my web is considerable community. The web to the 'memory installation' are just like tuning a fork with memories. I wanted to leave a tuning fork to beat constituent elements That are reverberated because I may be reverberated to memory someday.
